Working out, how I did it, easy and fun.

If you’re like I was.. You are desperate to find a way to get rid of the excess pounds with a fast easy workout routine, that will help you lose fat and keep it off forever. If you’re overweight or you need to loose a few pounds, keep reading and I’ll tell you about my story how I was unhealthy, overweight and how I finally found a workout program that works!

Turbulence Training
For Women
Like some people, my problems started when I left the Marine Corps, where exercise was a daily routine. When I started my new jobs there was lots of sitting around during the day and I was to exhausted to do exercise in the evenings. At first I managed to get rid of a some weight by doing insane workout routines but would burn out. Then I would go through a period of trying to cut down on extras like the cookies, cakes, seconds on dinner and all the bags of chips on the weekend. I finally managed to fit into my wedding dress again after 3 years. Then came my first of three pregnancy and that starts a whole new story. I added 20 pounds to my total weight, showing it around my belly and thighs. None of my clothes I used to wear before my pregnancy fit anymore.

Like many I bought into the stories that breastfeeding was the solution to my weight loss problem by itself, but 8 months later the weight was still there. From then on I have battled with weight, going from calorie diets, protein shake diets, workout routines that hurt so much you cant move the next day, lots of running because that's what everyone does. Every time I would start something new I had thought this was the one, this was the Fat Loss workout routine for me.

I’m not a fan of weight loss drugs or medications, so I will not try weight loss pills, although I have friends that say they have some success (all of there results have varied though). My health is more important than some of the long term risk that come along with taking medications/pills: You have no real idea what you are putting into your body. After 8 years of trying all these things, and being hungry, very grumpy and hard to live with, at times, I started to accept the extra pounds, I thought about emptying the closet of all my things I thought I would never wear again. The with a quick visit to the doctor I was woken up and realized that it would shorten my life if i continued carrying all of this extra weight around. In a last desperate attempt I finally got online again to see if I could find any alternative workout routine that would work for me.

I finally found one at a site called Turbulence Training. The video was very clear and every thing they said hit home! it all made sense! I watch their sales video and read some of the testimonials witch where very informative… especially for a page that is designed to sell a product.

At this point I figured out, “Hey, I have nothing to lose, the program is cheap, designed for Men and Women, if it doesn’t work, I've lost a couple bucks and it does, I won’t have to throw away my good clothes.” So I downloaded the book that was offered on their site called Turbulence Training and began reading, before long I was able to rearrange my life to fit the 45 minute workout routine in to my busy schedule, I also went through my pantry to get rid of all the stuff that was keeping me from becoming a healthy person again. Within the first week, 2 pounds were off, and they just kept disappearing, it was crazy! I had spent so much money on other products over the years. I didn't even recognize myself when I would look at pictures from the past few years. Not only had I lost all of my excess weight, I feel happy, energetic, my body is happy again and now I understand what it needs to stay healthy!

That’s how I lost my 30 pounds of fat. No starving yourself diets, no hours at the gym, no pills, no expensive weight loss treatments, just a few simple rules, some well set up "Goals" to give me something to shoot for. I’m a firm believer in this program and the information from this video and book.

Sincerely,

Karla
